The Bang Kinetic team works with public and third sector clients to help plan, research, design and – crucially - make effective changes happen. Whether your services need to respond to strategic opportunity or change; you are setting out in a new delivery direction; you need to address your engagement with service users or you need to reflect on past projects and ‘what next?’ - the Bang Kinetic team can support you.
We offer a unique combination of project management, research, evaluation and communication skills, together with a deep and current understanding of the strategic drivers and challenges affecting those involved in the public sector, including those wider organisations who deliver publically funded services. We have a broad expertise, with a particular expertise in the health sector. Our team comprises senior level strategic thinkers, with real experience of leading, delivering and supporting complex change. We forge successful, close and supportive working relationships with our clients as ‘partners’ in their team.
We have supported clients at all stages in the project cycle, encompassing:
- Needs/opportunity research and analysis
- Project scoping and design
- Project management
- Implementation
- Evaluation and review
We are a small consultancy with a large network of associates, with whom we have well-established working relationships. This means that we can put together the right team for your project, rather than fit your project to our team. Although Bang Kinetic is new, our relationship with Bang Communications gives you the security of 20 years trading experience, delivering hundreds of projects, from the very small to the very large.
